Join me as I search for pieces of history along the River Thames, and also the River Medway.

As well as the usual Thames treasures, this video features a wide range of pottery spanning several different centuries, and I am fortunate enough to spend some time with Ted Sandling, the author of "London in Fragments" who is able to enlighten me about several of my pottery shards. If there is one thing you are bound to find on the Thames foreshore, it is pottery shards, and so it is wonderful to learn more about the different types. It seemed like a good occasion to show some more of my Roman pottery, picked up on the Medway.

There is also an 18th century coin, a post Medieval token and a button which needs to be identified!

Please note that all these objects might not have been found on the same day, but over a period of a couple of weeks or so.
